THE GENERAL REMIT OF THE ANALYSIS AND EXPERTISE COMMITTEE

Within the ALTHÉMIS Group, the general remit of the Analysis and Expertise Committee is:

- to monitor from a technical point of view legal and tax changes and to analyse their impact on client strategies,
- to develop know-how, prepare, validate and enhance technical safeguards with regard to legal instruments and optimisation strategies,

- to put in place an employee in-service training policy and forums for exchanges of best professional practices with a view to enhancing them,

- to define the main technical lines of publications and communications and to ensure the dissemination of information to the main partners and clients of member offices,

- in general to translate legal and tax provisions into concrete, practical tools for clients of the offices that are members of the ALTHÉMIS Group.

Within the Committee, each member has responsibility, either alone or jointly with other members, for one or more areas of specialisation, for which the member in question conducts research for publication. Moreover, the member in question also contributes to the continuous improvement of knowledge via meetings, training and the coordination of seminars.
